Revenue Sharing Program:
We are excited to offer our new Revenue Sharing Program. This program allows us to reward our Associate Brokers for their loyalty and provides them with an additional income source. Don't confuse our Revenue Sharing Program with a Profit Sharing program. Unlike other companies, your share of the Revenue is not tied to our profit. You begin receiving revenue checks almost as soon as someone you refer becomes a Hearthstone Realty Associate Broker.
The Program:

The Program is based on four levels of referrals. An Associate Broker that has referred another Associate Broker to Hearthstone Realty (Originating Sponsor) will receive a percentage of the Monthly Service and any Transaction Fees paid to Hearthstone Realty by a referred Broker and Brokers they have subsequently referred as outlined below. Both the Referring and referred Agents fees must be current.

An Associate Broker becomes an Originating Sponsor when a Level One Sponsor joins the Hearthstone Realty Family, even if the originating sponsor was referred to us. Thus an Associate can fall anywhere on the flow chart. His or her share of the revenue will be based on who they have referred and any subsequent referrals up to four levels.

Revenue Sharing Checks are distributed in the month following the quarter in which the revenue is received.
